Everything you need to know before your first session. No surprises, no hidden structure.
What happens in the first session? +
We begin with a grounding conversation — no intake forms, no clinical language. I listen to where you are right now, what's pulling at you, and what your spirit is reaching toward. From there, the session moves organically. Some first sessions are gentle explorations. Others go deep immediately. There's no script.
Do I need to believe in anything specific? +
No. This work meets you where you are. You don't need to subscribe to any religion, tradition, or spiritual framework. Whether you call it energy, intuition, God, the universe, or simply your own deeper awareness — we work with whatever language feels true to you.
How often should I come? +
That's entirely up to you. Some clients come weekly during intense periods. Others check in once a quarter. I'll never pressure you into a recurring schedule or imply that more sessions equals better results. Your inner work has its own rhythm.
Is this therapy or counselling? +
No. Spiritual coaching is a complementary practice, not a replacement for licensed mental health care. If clinical support is what you need, I'll say so directly. This work is about spiritual clarity, energetic alignment, and soul-level guidance — not diagnosis or treatment.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. Less than 24 hours, the full session fee applies. Life happens — I understand that — but this boundary protects both our time and energy.

Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked by mutual arrangement. Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to the session, as agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during scheduling.

Cancellation

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session rate. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice incur no charge.

Confidentiality

All session content is treated as confidential. Exceptions apply only where there is a legal obligation to disclose or an immediate risk of harm to you or others.

Limitation of Liability
